Reward Systems:
Class Store Dollars- Students can earn 2 dollars per day. They can earn one dollar for turning in homework, and one for quietly completing their work during center time. On Fridays the students can use their money to buy items at the class store.
Stickers- On the right side of the white board are the numbers 1-6. These numbers coincide with the students’ table numbers. Whenever I see a table of students working quietly and following directions, I will give that table a tally mark. The students at the table with the most points at the end of the day receive a sticker to place on their sticker chart. When the chart is filled up the students get to join me for lunch outside at the picnic tables.
Compliments- My class can earn "compliment points" in specials, the hallway, the cafeteria, etc. Anytime another teacher/staff member catches our class following the rules - they will give us a compliment point. When the class reaches 50 compliments they will get to have a popcorn party. The reward benchmarks are 50, 100, 150, 200, and so forth.
